How It Works

- Fast 1-2 business day turn around for most printer issues.
- Some of the brands we service include: Epson, HP Laserjet, Lexmark, Okidata, Canon, Astronova Quicklabel, Zebra. We do not work on HP Inkjet, Canon Pixma, or Brother printers.

1212 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97202 - Our staff will help carry large or heavy devices in for you.
- Many printer issues can be solved on the spot by our technicians within a 5 minute window before determining whether your machine needs to be checked in for service.
- At the time of check in, we charge $75 (most printers) or $108 (large format printers) for diagnosis and standard repair. If additional parts or time is required for a more complex repair, the technician will call or email you for authorization.

- Perfect for heavy devices, or printers that your business relies upon to function.
- $100.00/hour for standard machines, $144.00/hour for large format or specialty devices (plus time traveled/mileage)
- 1 hour minimum, and thereafter billed in quarter hour increments
- Travel charges: $0.75 cents per mile, one way (up to 30 miles). Over 30 miles, round trip is charged as well.
- If you have an urgent repair request, same day priority services are provided at a rate of $166.00/hr.
